Integrated Bag Closing System

• Combines a high-speed sewing head with a belt conveyor, enabling continuous, automated bag closing once bags are filled.

• Designed for industrial applications — e.g., food, fertilizer, cement, chemical, feed, grain, and other bagged products.

High Productivity

• Production capacity: typically 500–600 bags per hour (depending on model and configuration). 

• Stitch length adjustable (e.g., 5 – 9 mm) for different materials / bag types.Conveyor speed can be synchronized with production flow (belt conveyor driven by motor). 

Automatic Thread Cutting

• Electro-pneumatic or automatic thread cutter option: cuts thread cleanly at the end of each bag seam.

• Reduces manual trimming, minimizes thread waste, and improves cycle time.

Sewing Head / Needle Options

• Suitable for a variety of bag materials: PP woven, HDPE, jute, Hessian, kraft / paper, etc. 

• Needle: e.g., DR #26 or similar heavy-duty type. 

• Robust Conveyor

Control & Automation

• Start / stop of sewing can be controlled by photoelectric sensor or switch

Sewing Head / Bag Closing Head

• This is the actual sewing machine head that stitches the bag. chinapackstar

• Some heads are high-speed & enclosed in oil lubrication systems for durability. 

• For dusty or powdery products, there can be a crepe-tape adaptor to add a tape before sewing (tape helps seal against leakage). aica

Feed-in / Infeed Device

• Guides bags into the sewing head. 

• May include a folding mechanism if you want to fold the bag’s top before sewing (for cleaner or more secure closure). 

• Usually part of a larger system (with conveyor, infeed, pedestal). 

Control Systems

Thread Cutter

• Lubrication System
